Healthy cuisine and activity do a lot for ditching those pounds. But scales are what have helped me the most. Bathroom scales keep track of my success, and food scales are essential for me to know that i’m not eating too much. Compliments to all who have lost excess baggage – I’m sure you’ve made use of your scales all the time!
